  1. Q: Where is Fresh Beginnings?

    • A: Fresh Beginnings operates exclusively as an online retailer. We do not have any physical stores or contact shops in any province in South Africa.
  2. Q: What payment methods can I use?

    • A: We accept the following payment methods:
      • Upfront payments via Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards.
      • Manual electronic funds transfer (EFT).
      • Instant EFT.
      • BANK DEPOSITS.
  3. Q: Where is my order?

    • A: Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email or SMS with the subject line: “Your order is ready to go!” This communication will include a tracking link. Click on the link, and voilà! It will take you directly to our order tracking page.
  4. Q: How do I exchange an item?

    • A: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out to our experienced Customer Support team via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, our Customer Support team can only process exchanges related to size.
  5. Q: How do I return a product for a REFUND?

    • A: We do not offer refunds. However, we provide exchanges for damaged items. Please note that exchanges are valid only within one day after receiving the product.
  6. Q: Which items cannot be returned?

    • A: The following products may not be returned:
      • Underwear and earrings.
      • Swimwear can be returned only if the hygiene strip is still in place and it’s evident that the garment has only been tried on (not worn).
      • When trying on our swimwear, we kindly request that you keep your underwear on.
      • Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by you or any other person are also non-returnable.
  7. Q: How do you deliver?

    • A: We utilise PostNet for delivery, and the process typically takes 2-3 working days.
